Create and refine your Wedding Day Timeline & venue layout - Wedding Checklist with tips and helpful information
- 3-5 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR BEST DAY EVER!
Visit to your venue(s) to discuss everything from the ceremony set-up to send off plans
Create a layout that flows well and makes sense – Discuss a rain plan
Review timeline together - 12-16 DAYS BEFORE YOUR BEST DAY EVER!
Email approved timeline & layout to all of contracted vendors for confirmation - DAY OF EVENT
Up to 10 hours of personal service with planner and an assistant
Conduct a “DAY OF” ceremony rehearsal
Confirm that vendors arrive on time and are placed correctly
Distribute final vendor payments and tips if needed
Set up table decorations & signage in the ceremony, cocktail & reception areas
Check that tables settings are to your specifications
Provide help and supplies for wedding day emergencies
Welcome and guide guests through out the day
Line up wedding party for processional
Cue musicians & DJ for all formalities
Facilitate your approved timeline for transitions, toasts, dances and all other wedding day events
Conduct the send-off
Help with packing items that need to be removed from venue
Ensure decorations, food, alcohol & gifts get sent home in the correct set of hands
